dvd drive not functioning

Windows 10 users reported following issues with their DVD Drives.

Reported Issues:

• DVD drive icon doesn’t appear in File Explorer
• DVD drive cannot be recognized
• DVD drive isn’t accessible
• Cannot read contents from DVD Drive
• Cannot play a DVD/ CD
• Cannot burn files to DVD
