Increase Virtual Memory

Virtual Memory also called as, Paging File, is a memory management feature that compensates for the shortage of physical memory, i.e. RAM.

1. Right-click This PC icon on your Desktop, select Properties.


2. Click Advanced system settings.


3. Click Advanced | Settings (Performance) | Advanced | Change (Virtual Memory).


4. Uncheck the box labeled Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.


5. Select the drive you choose to install the game.

6. Select Custom size option.


7. Increase the Initial Size and Maximum Size.

8. Click Set.

9. Click OK thrice.

Make your computer incredibly faster for better gaming performance. Prevent your background applications and processes from eating up precious resources during gameplay.

1. Press Windows Key + X.

2. Select Task Manager.

3. Click More details.


4. Click the Startup tab.


5. Right click a startup program, select Disable.


6. Disable all unneeded startups.

7. Exit Task Manager, restart your computer.
