If you’re Upgrading from Windows 8.1/ 8 PC..
1. Press Windows Key + X; choose Control Panel.
2. Click Clock, Language and Region icon.
3. Click Region icon.
4. It opens up a new dialog. Click Formats tab.
5. Select “English (United States)” from the Format drop-down box.
6. Click Location tab.
7. Set Home Location: United States
8. Click Administrative tab.
9. Click Change System Locale button under “Language for Non-Unicode programs.”
10. Select “English (United States)” from the drop-down box.
11. Click OK | OK.

1. Click Start button on your Taskbar.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Click Clock, Language and Region icon.
4. Click Region and Language.
5. In the new dialog that opens, click Format tab.
6. Select Format: English (United States)
7. Click Location tab.
8. Set “United States” as the Current Location.
9. Click Administrative tab.
10. Select “English (United States)” from the drop-down box.
11. Click OK.
